This Week's Tech Tip |
Intel or AMD processor?
Intel processors have a larger on board cache than AMD chips. This means they feel faster because they retain more instructions for telling the computer what to do next and have to go back to the hard drive less often for the next direction for the computer. AMD processors shine in single use applications and are less expensive to manufacture, therefore you will find them on the less expensive computers. For the home user and small businessman who tend to run more than one application at a time, Intel processors are a better choice. |

Ever wish you had the IRS on your side in a tax situation? That's pretty much what you get when you hire Retha to be your CPA. She worked for the IRS for 10 years and knows how they think. She has been successful in punching holes in various IRS tax payment requests, simply because the IRS rarely has all the facts right. We know a specific situation where she saved one of our friends $90,000 and kept another one of our friends from going to jail. For expert accounting, you need Retha Valderas.

This Week's Mr. Tech Support Coupon
|
Save $45 On A New Computer Setup and Data Transfer
(normally $135 per computer)
Most people buy a new computer, take it home, plug it in and start using it, never setting it up properly. They fail to remove the unwanted, system bogging programs the computer manufacturer installed on it. They fail to install the 30 plus operating system updates to make the computer more secure and run better. They have proplems connecting to their printer, Internet, and email. They only have trial versions of Antivirus/Antispyware and Office programs to use. And they have a devil of a time, getting their data from their old computer loaded properly on their new computer. For a flat fee, Mr. Tech Support will spend the 2-4 hours to make it all better. Even better, for the next week we will do it for $45 less.
